JNVST 2024 Registration Last Date: The last date for the application process for the selection test (JNVST 2024) to be conducted by Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) for admission in class 6 is now near. Parents who have not yet been able to apply for their children have time till 23 November 2024. Earlier the last date for this application was 16 November, which has now been extended to 23 November. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti navodaya.gov.in.
Who can apply?
To apply for JNVST 2024 Class 6 Selection Test, the date of birth of the candidates should not be earlier than 1st May 2013 and later than 31st July 2015. Also, applicants can apply only in Navodaya Vidyalaya of the same district where they have studied till class 5. To ensure that all eligible students can apply correctly, complete information has been given on the website.
How to do the application process?
- First of all go to the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti navodaya.gov.in.
- Click on the link “JNVST 2024 Registration” on the homepage.
- Register and login to your account.
- Fill all the required information in the application form like name, date of birth, educational details and other required information.
- Upload the required documents like photo, parent’s signature, Aadhaar card, residence certificate and certificate attested by the Principal of the current school.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Save a copy of the application form for future use.

JNVST 2024 Exam
The JNVST 2024 exam will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will be held on 18 January 2024 and the second phase will be held on 12 April 2025. The list of exam centers for the first phase will be made available on the official website soon. Candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the website so that they do not miss any important information.
This selection test is conducted for admission to class 6 in Navodaya Vidyalayas across the country.
